As I was walking out of my apartment's basement garage, I happen to step right into some wet paint. If I were Ghostface or Raekwon, I think I would have had some stern words for the painters. However, the two painters were not happy with each other for some other reason, so they were arguing and didn't see what I had done. I've never been too confrontational, and in Korea I avoid it like the plague. I'm pretty sure these dudes would have ripped me a new one and all I would have been able to do is say sorry over and over.
Speaking of shoes, I forgot to mention that in Korea I only have 3 pairs. 3 pairs! Yeah, I think for most people 3 pairs is enough, but as many of my friends know, I usually have a solid 6 pair rotation. Anyway, when I was preparing for Korea, I realized that I would have to pack lightly and take only a select few. So I wear these wallabees a lot because they're pretty versatile when it comes to just hanging out or going to a nicer affair. My second pair are my all white vans. They're pretty standard and have gotten a nice worn look to them. Finally, the last pair are my baskeball shoes. Nothing too flashy as I planned to play a lot. One of my teammates rocks a mean pair of aqua and orange pumps. Think Miami Dolphins. I might have to treat myself and bring them back for the courts of NYC.
BTW: With all the tutoring I've been doing, I'm thinking about buying a Dslr camera. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on brands or models? I don't want anything professional. A simple starter camera that's sturdy and not too heavy. Thanks.
